Service & Support Engineer

Responsable du bon fonctionnement des systèmes sur nos bases installées, pour les sites clients de la zone géographique qui lui est attribuée.
- Exercer la maintenance corrective et préventive (hard et soft) sur les sites clients de la région dont il a la charge, principalement concernant les systèmes de contrôle-commande, les automates de sécurité et les solutions Réseau, Cybersécurité, ERP, en France (déplacements fréquents) et ponctuellement sur d’autres sites (éventuellement à l’étranger)
- Mener les visites annuelles sur les sites de nos clients comme prévu dans les contrats de maintenance et rédiger les rapports de visite annuelle
- Traiter les calls des clients et intervenir sur les sites de nos clients
- Effectuer l’installation, la mise sous tension et les essais de démarrage des systèmes et solutions sur les sites clients de sa région
- Réaliser de petits projets d’extension et des modification applicatives sur les sites clients de sa région
- Remonter les demandes à caractère commercial aux collègues concernés (Ingénieur Commercial ou Coordinateur Services)
- Participer ponctuellement à la Hotline (astreintes et assistances téléphoniques 24/24 et 7/7)
- Respecter les exigences Qualité (basées sur ISO9001)
- Reporter au Team Leader Services systèmes (management indirect) pour l’organisation opérationnelle de ses activités au quotidien (la planification et les affectations des astreintes et des interventions sont faites par le Team Leader Services systèmes)
- Contribuer au partage des connaissances et retours d’expérience avec l’équipe.
- Contribuer au développement, des outils, procédures et projets internes.
Qualifications : _(Diplômes, certifications )_
Diplôme:
- BTS CIRA ou Informatique avec 5 ans d’expérience minimum
- Ecole d’Ingénieurs ou Bac +5 en Automatique ou Informatique Industrielle
SSE : _(Habilitations, permis)_
- Permis de conduire B
- Habilitations électriques H0, H0V, B2, B2V, B2V Essai, BE Essais, BR, BC
- Habilitation Sécurité des Entreprises Extérieures (Chimique) N2,
- Habilitation ATEX niveau 1
Aptitudes médicales : Apte aux travaux électriques, Apte à intervenir sur site chimique
