About the role

As our VP of Sales, you will lead our Sales department to meet revenue and growth targets. Overseeing our Business Development, Account Executive, Sales Engineering, and Sales Operations teams, you will guide strategy that will impact our hiring, training, development, and the future direction of our operations.

We are looking for someone who will guide our sales team through our scaling phase, and we require experience of growing with a scaling SaaS company, ideally in Green Tech.

  • You come from a top-tier business or engineering school and can demonstrate a pursuit of excellence through your background.
  • 5-10 years of experience in Sales, having passed through leadership roles at a scaling company.
  • You have previous knowledge or a strong interest in sustainability.
  • Are bilingual in English and French.
  • Are accountable, adaptable, and ambitious; you feel excited about dynamic and fast-paced environments.
  • Are passionate about continuous learning and a true believer in the power of constructive feedback.
  • The ideal location for this role is Paris, but we would consider candidates based in London.
