Fondée en 2012, RTB House propose des solutions marketing permettant aux plus grandes marques et agences média d’activer des campagnes de retargeting et de branding. L’entreprise travaille avec plus de 3 500 annonceurs (retail, voyage, petites annonces, telco, beauté, auto…). RTB House est composée de 1400 spécialistes répartis dans plus de 30 bureaux à travers le monde (EMEA, APAC, US, LATAM, Australie). Son modèle d’achat est le premier au monde à être entièrement alimenté par des algorithmes de Deep Learning. Elle est classée par Deloitte pour la 6ème année consécutive comme une entreprise à croissance rapide et à fort chiffre d’affaires.
L’impact que vous aurez :
C’est une création de poste pour compléter l’équipe actuelle de 8 TAM. Vous êtes un élément clé dans l’excellente réalisation des campagnes. Nos équipes comptent sur vos compétences techniques et analytiques pour assurer le bon déroulement des campagnes et maximiser les résultats.
Vous collaborez avec d’autres équipes: account managers, sales et directeurs. Vous reportez directement au Technical Team Lead.
Vos missions principales:
Mener les opérations techniques pour nos clients dans les domaines suivants:
- Coordination de tous les problèmes techniques concernant le lancement et le déroulement des campagnes en ligne,
- Intégration technique entre le système d’émission de campagne interne (RTB House) et la plateforme e-commerce du client,
- Collaborer avec nos account managers et nos équipes commerciales pour fournir un service client de haute qualité,
- Surveiller et analyser l’efficacité des campagnes en ligne,
- Proposer des solutions d’optimisation des processus pour atteindre les objectifs internes et externes.
Ce que nous recherchons:
- Au moins 2 ans d’expérience dans un rôle technique,
- De solides compétences analytiques sont indispensables,
- Connaissance avancée de Google Sheets et/ou de Microsoft Excel,
- Un niveau élevé de motivation et une volonté d’apprendre,
- Bonnes compétences en gestion du temps et l’oeil pour détail,
- Maîtrise de l’anglais et du français.
Atouts supplémentaires :
- Connaissance de Google Analytics et Google Tag Manager,
Principaux objectifs:
- 1 mois dans le poste : Achèvement du programme d’intégration, base de connaissances interne,
- 3 mois dans le poste: Capacité à gérer les tâches de base dans les délais impartis;
- 6 mois dans le poste: Pleine autonomie sur les tâches de base,
- 1 an dans le poste: Capacité à gérer des tâches avancées et à soutenir les collègues moins expérimentés dans leurs tâches.
