Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our Sales Performance Team at Dassault Systèmes. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial analysis and support to our North American sales organization.

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be a business partner to our sales management team, providing financial insights and analysis to inform business decisions. You will work closely with our sales organization to develop financial models and metrics that drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with sales management to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards to track sales performance
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field; MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in finance business partnering role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Advanced skills in Excel and financial modeling
