Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our Sales Performance Team at Dassault Systèmes. As a key member of our Finance team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide financial support and analysis to our North American sales organization. This includes developing and maintaining financial models, analyzing sales data, and providing insights to inform business decisions.

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will work closely with our Sales Management team to develop and implement financial strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability. You will also be responsible for tracking spend, analyzing budget and forecast variances, and ensuring accuracy of results for monthly closing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
  • Analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Work closely with Sales Management to develop and implement financial strategies
  • Track spend and analyze budget and forecast variances
  • Ensure accuracy of results for monthly closing

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance; MBA preferred
  • 5 years of experience in Finance Business Partner role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build trusted partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Advanced skills in Excel and SQL
