Unser Team

Wir suchen einen Sales Manager w/d/m für unseren Standort in Krefeld. Als Teil unseres Teams wirst du die Verantwortung für die Erstellung, Einhaltung und Erreichung des Budgets/Reportings tragen. Du wirst auch für die Neukundengewinnung sowie Vertrags- und Preisverhandlungen zuständig sein.

Deine Herausforderungen
  • Fachliche und disziplinarische Leitung und Ausbau des Bereichs VerkaufLuft- & Seefracht (3-4 Kollegen m/w/d)
  • Verantwortung für die Erstellung, Einhaltung und Erreichung des Budgets/Reportings
  • Verfolgung von Marktentwicklungen, Wettbewerbsanalysen sowie (internationale) Kundenbetreuung
  • Erstellung eines District Sales Programms unter Berücksichtigung der lokalen und globalen Zielsetzungen
  • Entwicklung und Förderung der zu führenden Kollegen w/m/d
