Role and ImpactAs a Sales Development Representative, you will prospect local establishments in Italy, advising them on how to increase their local referencing and propose Partoo's solutions. Your role is to drive sales and client satisfaction.
Team and Missions- Prospect and determine the needs of small and medium businesses (less than 10 points of sale).
- Manage prospecting and generate 3-4 meetings per day for the Business Developer.
- Organize and manage your planning based on phone or video calls.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure client satisfaction.
- Italian native speaker fluent in English and/or French.
- Interest in selling a product with strong added value for clients.
- Previous sales experience in B2B by phone.
- Comfortable with the sales cycle (discovery, argumentation, dealing with objections, closing).
- Complete training on Partoo's history, products, commercial strategy, and ambitions.
- Short-cycle sales school with theoretical and practical training.
- Development path to enable quick seniority gain.
- Flexible work arrangements, including remote work and holidays.
€30,000 - €30,000 per year. Package: 42K. Fixed Salary: 30K. Variable is uncapped and paid monthly.
