Inside Sales Specialist

Talents Commerciaux, a recruitment agency focused on Commerce and Marketing, is currently seeking an INSIDE SALES SPECIALIST for one of their esteemed clients, a leader in the e-commerce sector specializing in self-install solar kits.
- Coordinate and participate in client meetings to facilitate the sale of solar kits.
- Manage incoming inquiries from potential customers through various communication channels (emails, instant messaging, etc.).
- Offer comprehensive technical guidance to clients and prospects, ensuring timely follow-up on inquiries.
- Engage in enhancing customer service procedures and contribute innovative ideas for product and service improvements.
- Maintain regular reporting of sales activities and performance metrics.
This role offers the flexibility of remote work one day per week.
Candidate Profile: Applicants should possess at least a BAC +2 qualification in commerce and have 1 to 2 years of proven experience in a B to C sales environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with a strong ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
