Sales Growth Strategist

We are seeking a dynamic sales leader to drive growth in the North America region for Purafil, Inc., a global leader in gas phase filtration technology. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in direct B2B industrial sales, managing manufacturer rep companies, and authorized distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive performance against defined sales budget plan, focusing on top-line sales revenue growth, new customer acquisition, and focus/new product sales.
- Develop and execute a Go-To-Market strategy for the assigned region, ensuring regional sales goals are met by assigned distributors and representatives.
- Maintain relationships with channel partners, contractors, specifying engineers, and end customers, providing technical support and training as needed.
- Conduct market research, generate leads, and develop business opportunities while increasing sales.
Requirements:
- An assertive leader with a bias for action, able to travel 50% of the time.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, preferably SalesForce.
- Demonstrated track record of owning and driving results.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Estimated Salary:$85,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on location and experience.
