As a Sales Growth Strategist, you'll play a pivotal role in our expansion, focusing on high-value SaaS deals (average £50k) in the French or German markets. This hunter-style position is ideal for a proactive business developer who thrives on closing deals and building lasting relationships.

Sales Execution: Own the sales cycle from outreach to close, focusing on consultative, value-driven selling.

Creative Problem-Solving: Partner with marketing, customer success, and product teams to refine go-to-market strategies and ensure a seamless client experience.

Performance Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM records to track progress and provide reliable forecasts.

We're looking for an experienced business development professional with at least 3 years in a similar role, preferably selling SaaS solutions. You should have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding ambitious sales targets and be passionate about Tech for Good initiatives. Fluency in French or German is preferred.
