Responsabilités
  • Élaborer un plan de gestion des comptes clients pour identifier les besoins et les opportunités de croissance.
  • Répondre à des appels d'offre pour proposer des solutions sur mesure aux entreprises clientes.
  • Développer les relations commerciales avec les principaux prospects et contacts clients pour établir des partenariats solides.
  • Développer le pipeline clients pour atteindre les objectifs de vente.
  • Collaborer avec les principaux intervenants des clients, tels que les directeurs de la production, les directeurs financiers et les directeurs des Achats, pour comprendre leurs besoins et leurs attentes.
  • Développer des relations à long terme avec de multiples intervenants dans les comptes clients pour établir une confiance et une loyauté.
  • Stimuler et accélérer l'adoption de la solution au sein des comptes attribués pour maximiser les résultats.
  • Retransmettre les besoins et les exigences des clients aux équipes internes d'Amazon, y compris les équipes Produits et Catégories, pour garantir une réponse adaptée.
  • Stimuler l'innovation pour améliorer la satisfaction client et la qualité des solutions proposées.
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le marketing, le développement commercial, le service client et d'autres équipes internes clés d'Amazon pour échanger des idées et des best practices.
Compétences et Expériences Requises
  • Excellentes capacités de négociation et d'influence pour convaincre les clients et les partenaires de la valeur de nos solutions.
  • Excellent relationnel pour établir des relations solides avec les clients et les partenaires.
  • Bonne communication orale et écrite pour communiquer efficacement avec les clients et les équipes internes.
  • Organisé et rigoureux pour gérer plusieurs projets simultanément et respecter les délais.
  • Expérience conseil et/ou vente en cycles longs pour comprendre les besoins et les attentes des clients.
  • Bonne connaissance des ERP, systèmes de Procure-to-Pay/eProcurement et des process d'appel d'offres pour proposer des solutions adaptées aux besoins des clients.
