Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Director to join our Marketplace Heavy Bulky team at Amazon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development of the Heavy and Bulky program in France and driving the growth of universal delivery services across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of the EU universal delivery services program.
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities for strategic Heavy and Bulky sellers.
  • Drive projects/initiatives to enable the growth of the entire Amazon Marketplace by deploying identified growth opportunities through relationships with strategic sellers.
  • Making recommendations to improve the experience of strategic Heavy and Bulky sellers and supporting related projects.
  • Run the Marketplace annual and quarterly planning as well as weekly and quarterly reporting.
  • Coordinate Heavy and Bulky Account Managers effort to drive Seller adoption of the Heavy Bulky product suite.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to be able to recommend creative solutions in a constantly evolving environment, be the voice of customers and sellers, and be passionate about Amazon's categories and creating a leading online shopping experience for customers.

Requirements

  • Top-tier business or engineering school.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, or business management.
  • Senior client relationship skills.
  • Very strong sense of involvement, and ability to effectively lead projects in a constantly evolving environment.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills coupled with the ability to manage operations.
  • Proficient in Excel. SQL knowledge preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English.
