We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to join our team at SR Investment Partners.
About the CompanySR Investment Partners is a dynamic startup in Financial Services and politics, offering a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our CEO, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, and contributing to the company's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinating calendar appointments, managing communications, and planning events to optimize the CEO's time and productivity
- Managing office operations, including compliance, reports, and technical initiatives
- Developing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and suppliers
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and prioritize tasks effectively. Fluency in French and English is essential, with experience in CRM systems, databases, and Notion or Salesforce a plus.
What We OfferIn return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of approximately £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and innovative company.
