SMB Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SMB Account Executive to join our team in the Middle East region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the region.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and close new business deals in the Middle East region, including Egypt, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia.
- Manage a book of business of existing customers, accelerating our expansion growth and increasing customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute influence campaigns that drive sales and revenue growth.
- Develop a strong understanding of the Zendesk platform and customer needs to troubleshoot and resolve inquiries efficiently.
- Be the voice of the small business customer, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- A minimum of 1-2 years of SMB sales experience, preferably in multi-tenant SaaS.
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to set goals and define a Go-To-Market strategy.
- Native level of Arabic and fluent level in English.
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment, with a strong focus on tactical execution and problem-solving.
