Job Title: SMB Account Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SMB Account Executive to join our team in the Middle East region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prospect and close new business deals in the Middle East region, including Egypt, UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Saudi Arabia.
  2. Manage a book of business of existing customers, accelerating our expansion growth and increasing customer satisfaction.
  3. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute influence campaigns that drive sales and revenue growth.
  4. Develop a strong understanding of the Zendesk platform and customer needs to troubleshoot and resolve inquiries efficiently.
  5. Be the voice of the small business customer, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements:
  1. A minimum of 1-2 years of SMB sales experience, preferably in multi-tenant SaaS.
  2. Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to set goals and define a Go-To-Market strategy.
  3. Native level of Arabic and fluent level in English.
  4. Ability to thrive in a startup environment, with a strong focus on tactical execution and problem-solving.
