Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive to join our Service Cloud team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the Enterprise space.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a Service Cloud sales strategy to penetrate the current customer base and develop new customers.
  2. Consult with customers to understand their unique business challenges and goals, and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve success.
  3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of Service Cloud solutions.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record of success selling complex solutions or technology in the Customer Service, Customer Experience, or Contact Center applications space.
  2. Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  3. Creativity with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  4. Proven ability to work well as part of an extended sales team.
  5. Proficient in French and English.
