Position Overview: We are looking for a driven individual to take on the role of Regional Sales Executive for the Southern France region. This position is focused on direct sales, where you will identify, qualify, and secure strategic sales opportunities that align with Gigamon's objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the sales of the company's offerings within a designated geographic area and a specific set of named accounts.
  • Achieve sales targets through the expansion of existing client relationships and the acquisition of new clients.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the Salesforce database.
  • Utilize available resources to conduct effective sales presentations.
  • Consistently engage in productive sales calls throughout the assigned territory to close new business opportunities.
  • Provide valuable market insights and competitive intelligence to the organization.
  • Represent the Sales team in cross-functional collaborations with R&D, production, and manufacturing departments.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior Sales personnel.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce is essential.
  • A background in sales engineering or training in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Electrical Engineering is advantageous.
