We are a leading event communication agency in France, organizing around 200 events annually and consisting of approximately 100 dedicated professionals. Our portfolio includes key projects such as LVMH's 'Journées Particulières', the New Year's Eve celebration on the Champs-Élysées, and international conferences for renowned brands.

As part of the New Business department, you will be responsible for managing competitions and tenders for the agency, involving tasks such as briefing, strategic recommendations, coordinating different departments, and staying updated on market trends.

Key Responsibilities

:
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and expand our client base
  • Manage and coordinate the tender process, ensuring timely and effective delivery of proposals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic recommendations and drive business development initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions

Requirements

:
  • Strong educational background in a relevant field, such as marketing or business
