Job Title: Key Account Manager

At A2MAC1, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with our OEM and supplier partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide benchmarking intelligence platform, services, and content to assigned OEMs and/or suppliers.
  • Increase A2MAC1 recognition and revenue growth on a mid- and long-term basis.
  • Responsible for the sales process focused on long-term partnerships with new and existing customers to achieve organic growth and long-term company goals.
  • Understand customer needs and explain how A2MAC1 product features meet those needs and show the added value of A2MAC1.
  • Responsible for relationships and ongoing interactions with customer contacts both internally and externally, using creativity and tools to remove customer obstacles.
  • Study the automotive market and monitor OEM sales volume, learn the profit status of leading domestic and global component manufacturers, explore potential customers, and increase sales to existing customers.
  • Anticipate customer needs, feedback, and objections and shape customer value perceptions, build relationships with key decision-makers, use a very high level of tact and diplomacy, as well as creativity, and conduct highly complex negotiations.
  • Promote Value Proposal to customers in collaboration with Engagement Managers, Technical Account Managers, Product Managers, and other relevant teams.
  • Good performance in signing sales contracts, executing, and managing, and other related work, and coordinating the resolution of pre-sales, sales, customer service, and other issues.
  • In collaboration with internal services (including Accounting), ensure end-to-end contract relationship with the customer from RFI to Cash Collection.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Automobile Industry or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years minimum experience as Sales or Customer Services in Automobile industry.
  • Fluent English written & oral.
  • Understanding and knowledge of the technologies related to Company Automobile Products will be a plus.
