Business Development Manager

As an Integrated Sales Representative for Maersk France, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and performance, while working closely with our sales team to achieve results. Your goal will be to develop strategic customer value propositions and propose customized end-to-end services that meet customer needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Mapping customer needs and collaborating with the product team to propose solutions
- Managing assigned customers and budgets, pursuing business opportunities in line with corporate and regional objectives
- Developing customer value propositions and offering additional logistics products
- Managing the selling process, including pricing and contract negotiations
- Researching and understanding the territory to identify and establish business contacts with potential customers
- Analyzing competitive and industry trends
We are looking for a commercial flair combined with natural initiative and curiosity. A customer-centric attitude, willingness to generate a positive impact, and high professional standards are essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as exceptional planning and structuring of work, are required. Previous experience as an Area Sales Representative or Business Development Manager is necessary, with a good understanding of French customer needs. Proficiency in English and enterprise systems is also required.
