Be the Cloud Expert Your Customers Need

As a Cloud Sales Representative, you'll be the vital link between Oracle and the millions of businesses that need our help to evolve. Your role will involve:

  • Leading IaaS/PaaS technology deals across assigned customer territories, leveraging Oracle's world-leading cloud offerings.
  • Promoting and evangelizing Oracle products to selected customers, partners, and internal audiences.
  • Developing relationships and collaborating with partners to define, recommend, and drive sales.
  • Developing and executing sales plans that provide complete territory and sector-specific coverage.
  • Developing appropriate sales programs and solutions, maintaining up-to-date competitive information, and compiling regional success stories.
  • Meeting with senior customer contacts to build credibility and develop lasting relationships.
  • Engaging with Pre-Sales support for customer meetings to develop customer discussions further.
  • Leading successful go-to-market campaigns by working closely with internal marketing specialists.
  • Contributing and leading in account planning, customer/market analysis, and strategy sessions.
  • Contributing individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.
What We're Looking For

We're seeking a strong interest in technology, passion for sales, and excellent communication skills. Ideal candidates will have:

  • 8+ years of experience in direct software sales, including Cloud Service experience in French Public Sector.
  • Solution-selling skills, able to understand business needs and establish trust.
  • Ability to drive high-value opportunities at speed, closing deals within aggressive timescales.
  • Confidence in pitching Autonomous and Oracle Cloud to both IT and LOB audiences.
  • Connectedness, able to use Oracle's ecosystem to navigate within a customer to identify targets and opportunities.
  • High levels of prospecting skills, targeting, finding names, cold calling, and getting meetings.
  • Cloud confidence, able to outline the full Oracle Cloud picture and explain Universal Credits commercials.
  • Hands-on skills, able to personally demo or give quick hands-on examples of Autonomous usage.
  • Advanced technical skills in area of specialization.
  • Value-driven, able to identify real use-cases for Cloud in the customer that drive value for the customer and lead to rapid expansion of original deals.
  • Optimistic and positive mindset, eager to interact and influence people, driven by winning and resilient.
  • Disciplined, daily reporting on activities, systematic fast execution.
