L'entreprise Doctrine recherche un Sales Enablement Manager pour rejoindre son équipe de vente. Ce poste consiste à accompagner les commerciaux pour atteindre leurs objectifs et contribuer à la croissance de l'entreprise.
Missions- Accompagner les commerciaux pour développer leurs compétences et atteindre leurs objectifs
- Contribuer à la création de contenu de formation pour les commerciaux
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de vente et de marketing pour améliorer les résultats de vente
- Évaluer les besoins de formation des commerciaux et développer des programmes de formation pour répondre à ces besoins
- Expérience dans le domaine de la vente et de l'enablement commercial
- Compétences en matière de formation et de développement des compétences
- Capacité à travailler en équipe et à communiquer efficacement
- Compétences en matière de gestion de projet et de planification
- Travailler dans une entreprise dynamique et innovante
- Contribuer à la croissance de l'entreprise et à la réussite des commerciaux
