About the Role

Lengow, a leading e-commerce platform, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Officer to join its Customer Success team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to merchants, ensuring their satisfaction with the Lengow platform, and helping them make the most of its features.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate technical support to merchants via phone or ticketing tool, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure merchants have a seamless experience with the Lengow platform, identifying and resolving any technical issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with the Technical Support team to escalate complex issues, reproduce, qualify, and document incidents, and suggest updates to customer documentation to reduce support requests.
  • Liaise with the Customer Success Manager to report and alert them to any difficulties merchants may be experiencing with the Lengow platform.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and French (Spanish, Dutch, or Italian is a plus).
  • Experience with support software and a technical background or strong interest in problem-solving.
  • Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, with a customer-centric approach and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously, proactively, and resourcefully, with a strong team spirit.
  • Ideal experience in e-commerce and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
