Customer Support Specialist

Lengow, a leading e-commerce platform, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Officer to join its Customer Success team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to merchants, ensuring their satisfaction with the Lengow platform, and resolving any technical issues that may arise.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide timely and effective support to merchants via phone or ticketing tool, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently and accurately.
- Ensure merchants have a seamless experience with the Lengow platform, providing guidance on its features and functionality.
- Escalate complex issues to the Technical Support team, reproducing and qualifying incidents, and summarizing them for further analysis.
- Suggest updates to customer documentation to reduce the need for assistance and improve the overall user experience.
- Liaise with the Customer Success Manager to report and address any difficulties merchants may encounter while using Lengow.
- Fluency in English and French, with additional languages such as Spanish, Dutch, or Italian being a plus.
- Experience with support software and a technical background or strong interest in problem-solving.
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with merchants and colleagues.
