About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Representative to join our team at AppsFlyer. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for managing clients' accounts on all levels, providing exceptional support, and helping them succeed in their goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage clients' accounts, ensuring seamless technical, business, support, and product integration.
- Handle new feature releases, ensuring a smooth adoption process for our clients.
- Provide valuable client feedback to our internal teams, driving product improvements and enhancements.
- Develop and deliver client training and webinars, empowering our clients to get the most out of our platform.
- Identify opportunities to upsell existing clients, driving revenue growth and expansion.
- Collaborate with clients to adopt new features, ensuring they stay ahead of the curve in the ever-evolving mobile marketing landscape.
Requirements:
- Native French language proficiency.
- Experience in customer success, account management, or a similar client-facing role, preferably within a SaaS or tech environment.
- Web marketing and digital advertising expertise.
- Technical background and analytical skills.
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for clients and/or industry conferences.
Bonus Points:
- Mobile marketing or analytics experience.
- Product management sense or familiarity.
- Technical background in SDKs, APIs, SQL, Mobile App Tracking.
