Customer Success Representative

The Customer Success team at Sociabble is responsible for ensuring our clients achieve their goals through our platform. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our US-based clients, providing guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish strong relationships with clients and project managers to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Develop and implement customized success plans for clients, including solution implementation and ongoing project management.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance client knowledge and skills.
- Monitor client progress and provide regular feedback and best practices.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure contract renewal and upsell opportunities.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a related field, with a focus on customer success, account management, or digital transformation.
- Proven track record of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Fully bilingual in English, with a strong understanding of US business culture and practices.
