About Claire Joster International

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our expansion efforts in the French market. Our client, a global leader in Eye Care Solutions, is looking for an experienced professional to devise and execute a country-level strategy to achieve commercial and people objectives.

Your Role

  • Work closely with the Head of Sales International Direct Markets to develop and implement a country-level sales strategy
  • Be responsible for driving sales volume and pricing in the French market
  • Manage a country sales team with high emotional intelligence to motivate and drive team performance
  • Effective Sales and Operation Planning (S&OP) in conjunction with Supply Chain colleagues and Demand Planner to ensure accurate forecasting for country stock requirements

Your Profile

  • Relevant academic background, e.g. degree in Business Administration, Medical Technology or similar
  • Extensive proven track record of success in commercial sales roles in pharma or medical devices
  • Experience in Medical Devices Optician Ophthalmology Pharma would be highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills – written, oral and when presenting in French
  • Ability to build strong relationships with country Key Market Stakeholders and internal colleagues
