Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead the energy transition of our business unit in France. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for capturing new opportunities in the local market, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and revenue
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends
Your Background:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in business development or a related field
- Engineering background (ideally in Energies) with specialization in Sales/Management
- Knowledge of the local market in France
- Fluent in French and English
- Ability to travel frequently to meet with customers and stakeholders
