You will manage escalations, troubleshoot problems, and work closely with senior management to provide regular reports and summaries.

Your goal will be to identify, develop, and recognize opportunities to improve processes and efficiently manage workflow, adapting to changing market needs and a growing customer base.

You will maintain records of interactions, queries, and concerns in our CRM system and coach, manage, and mentor a team of support agents.

Your responsibilities will also include reviewing, creating, and analyzing reports to improve team performance and proposing improvement initiatives.

You will calculate team bonuses, meet deadlines, conduct performance appraisals, and monitor results for the whole team in charge.

You will evaluate and make decisions for the team under the supervision of the Manager and participate in training sessions for new recruits.

You will attend assigned meetings and training sessions, participate in selection processes for your team or others when necessary, and supervise team expenses when necessary.

You will represent the company at trade shows or trade events to attract current and potential Booksy customers and participate in ad hoc projects with other teams or markets.
