Avionics Computer Architect Product Line Specialist

At Airbus Operations SAS, we are seeking a highly skilled Avionics Computer Architect to join our team in Toulouse, France. As a key member of our Avionics Products Development department, you will play a crucial role in the development of brand new computers based on product lines strategy.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Challenge specifications to ensure alignment with product line capabilities and customer needs.
- Define and negotiate product requirements, including performance, safety, quality, and industrial and environmental aspects.
- Animate trade-offs to select the best architecture with HW and SW architects.
- Allocate product requirements to HW, SW, and means (e.g., test, production).
- Follow up product maturity throughout development and contribute to V&V prioritization activities and anomaly correction.
- Contribute to safety network analysis and demonstration for certification.
Your Ideal Profile:
- Strong experience in electronic devices at equipment or system level, with proven expertise in both hardware and software.
- Experience with development of FPGA, microprocessors, electronics boards, and embedded critical software.
- Good understanding of aeronautical stakes, including safety, reliability, value for customers, and certification standards (e.g., ARP4754, ARP5761, DO178, DO254, DO160).
- Good analysis and synthesis skills, as well as communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in French and English is required.
