Airbus Commercial Aircraft is seeking a talented Avionics Network Architect (f/m) to contribute to our Avionics Products Development division.
As part of a dedicated team of approximately 15 professionals, you will operate within the Avionics & Simulation Domain, recognized as an internal supplier of avionics equipment and a center of expertise.
This role involves the creation of innovative computers aligned with our product line strategy, which includes utilizing both hardware and software components. You will also support existing avionics solutions while paving the way for future advancements in avionics technology.
In addition to product development, we are committed to establishing new methodologies that adapt to emerging technologies and enhance operational efficiency.

Your Responsibilities:
In this dynamic role, you will be instrumental in the development of a new computer system based on a specific product line. Your key activities will include:
- Reviewing and refining specifications to align with product line capabilities;
- Defining and negotiating compliance levels with product requirements;
- Establishing product requirements encompassing performance, safety, quality, and environmental considerations;
- Facilitating discussions to determine the optimal architecture in collaboration with hardware and software architects;
- Assigning product requirements to hardware, software, and other necessary resources;
- Monitoring product development progress and contributing to verification and validation prioritization;
- Participating in safety analysis and certification demonstrations.

Your Qualifications:
- Extensive experience with electronic devices at both equipment and system levels, demonstrating proficiency in hardware and software;
- Familiarity with development processes involving FPGA, microprocessors, electronic boards, and embedded critical software;
- Strong understanding of aeronautical considerations such as safety, reliability, customer value, and certification standards (e.g., ARP4754, ARP5761, DO178, DO254, DO160);
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills;
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities;
- Proficiency in both French and English is required.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is between 55K€ and 65K€ per year, which includes a variable component based on performance. This information is provided for guidance.
