Job Overview
The Bid and Proposal Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and driving proposal development activities, with a primary focus on managed services contracts. This role requires a strong understanding of Avanade solutions, Microsoft products, and technology services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive work plans and direct RFP response outlines to ensure strict compliance with all RFP requirements.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to support seamless integration efforts across various work streams, ensuring that proposals are aligned with business objectives and delivered on time.
- Manage proposal development activities, including creating and maintaining proposal schedules and quality control functions.
- Oversee customer liaison and business partner/vendor coordination to ensure successful proposal outcomes.
- Implement and monitor team performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
