Complex Proposals Management Leader
Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Complex Proposals Management Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the Bid Managers team and leading complex project proposals with a focus on large and complex Project proposals and challenging BOO / DBO opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Bid Managers team of 6 and lead complex project proposals
- Develop and implement a development plan for Bid Managers
- Manage individual Bid Managers' training, workload, and complex proposals assignments
- Participate in the selection of proposals development opportunities and define the commercial strategy
- Ensure proposals submissions are on time and drive the team through the negotiation steps
- Guarantee the application of processes, documentation, and monitoring of decisions by the team
- Masters degree in engineering or similar
- Relevant experience in sales and commercial positions
- Bid/Proposal Management experience in international industrial and municipal B2B transactions with a heavy technology or services component
- Relevant management experience in matrix organisation
- Knowledge of the water and waste water industry and its relevant technologies (MBR, UF, EDR, RO, ZLD)
- Knowledge of international contracting practices in industrial and municipal transactions
- Fluent in English (oral and written)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Great communicator
- Good business acumen and executive presence in front of customers
