Job Title: Complex Proposals Management Leader

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Complex Proposals Management Leader to join our team at Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the development of complex project proposals and leading the Bid Managers team to secure new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Bid Managers team in the development of complex project proposals
- Manage the proposal development process from start to finish, ensuring timely and high-quality submissions
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners
- Ensure compliance with company processes and procedures
Requirements:
- Master's degree in engineering or a related field
- Relevant experience in sales and commercial positions, with a focus on bid management and proposal development
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
