Regional Vice President of Sales, Southern Europe

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Vice President of Sales to lead our sales efforts in Southern Europe. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic relationships with clients, and developing a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of sales executives to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing relationships.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales solutions.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- 15+ years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the enterprise software industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of the insurance industry and its challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
