About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Regional Vice President of Sales to lead our Southern European region. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in France, Belgium, Spain, and Italy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of enterprise software sales executives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales campaigns to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base in the region.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at existing and new business customers to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Provide regular sales performance reports to management and make recommendations for improvement.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases in the insurance industry.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software sales cycles and the ability to articulate corporate goals and manage team performance against revenue and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Validated ability to tie client business needs to the solution proposed in a compelling manner.
