Contract Overview

This is a unique opportunity to join Galileo Global Education as a Business Developer in an alternating contract. The position is based in Rennes and is part of the ESG Rennes school.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Developer to join our team. As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for sourcing and generating maximum commercial opportunities for our sales team on site by qualifying prospects matching our target.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently contact prospects, demonstrating creativity and building a strong network of ambassadors to push the right doors;
  • Understand and identify the challenges of CSE/RH/DIRIGEANTS;
  • Create a dialogue with the prospect and identify their main pain point;
  • Generate qualified meetings and record the collected prospect data in the CRM tool;
  • Improve your skills on client meeting presentations;
  • Follow up on all follow-up until contract signing;
  • Report feedback to the team to improve processes and products.

Requirements

  • A first commercial experience and in-depth knowledge of a sector of activity are a plus;
  • A competitive personality with a desire to break the mold
  • A taste for sales and a strong hunting temperament;
  • You are not afraid of the phone (60-70 calls/day) and are able to open closed doors;
  • You show resilience, determination, and are driven by results;
  • You are curious with good analytical skills;
  • You have a strong business sense and strong relational skills;
  • You have a team spirit and a desire to share your knowledge.
