Missions principales- L'élaboration d'une stratégie de conquête
- Chasser des prospects
- Transformer les leads générés par le market
- Animer des apporteurs d'affaires
- La transformation de nouveaux clients
- Argumenter, négocier et closer les deals
- Réaliser des démonstrations
- Répondre et soutenir les appels d'offre
- Driver le cycle de vente
- Le pilotage des projets de déploiement
- Coordonner les actions de paramétrage, de déploiement et de formation avec le client et les CSM
- Délivrer la solution dans les délais convenus avec le client
- La fidélisation et le renouvellement des contrats
- Suivre et accompagner les clients régulièrement
- Anticiper et renouveler les abonnements
- Une équipe motivée, soudée et soutenue par des managers investis

De formation supérieure commerciale, vous justifiez d'une expérience de 3 ans minimum dans la vente de logiciels auprès d'une clientèle B to B.
Vous avez une affinité pour les nouvelles technologies & le monde des Ressources Humaines et vous recherchez la construction de relations solides avec vos clients dans une logique de conseil.
Véritable tempérament de chasseur, vous vous épanouissez dans le closing de nouveaux clients, le lancement de nouveaux produits et / ou de nouvelles activités.
