Strategic Dealer Network Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled Network Excellence Development Manager to join our team at HD Hyundai Construction Equipment Europe.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the construction equipment industry and a proven track record of driving dealer performance through strong leadership, analysis, and relationship management.
- Dealer Recruitment & Development:
- Identify and recruit high-performing dealers to strengthen our distribution network in Europe.
- Negotiate and execute dealer agreements, ensuring alignment with company goals and standards.
- Develop and implement onboarding programs to equip dealers with necessary tools and knowledge.
- Dealer Performance Management:
- Monitor and assess dealer performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales volume, customer satisfaction, service quality, and overall profitability.
- Provide support and guidance to dealers, identifying opportunities for improvement and driving their development through training, resources, and best practices sharing.
- Develop performance improvement plans (PIPs) for underperforming dealers, setting clear targets and follow-up mechanisms.
- Market Analysis & Strategy Development:
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify areas of opportunity and potential gaps in dealer coverage.
- Develop and execute strategies for network expansion in high-potential regions or market segments.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in dealer network management.
- Language: Fluent in English and one other language (French, German or Italian).
- Skills: Strong negotiation and contract management skills, ability to work independently, autonomous, and travel 60% of the time with regular visits to the HQ in Tessenderlo.
