About You and ESKA Finance:

At ESKA Finance, we're seeking a Dealer Development Manager - with a very clear mission: rally auto dealerships and truck / agricultural machinery and construction machinery dealerships to team up with ESKA Finance and promote our services to their clients, driving sales and spreading the word about our platform. You will have to find ways to approach different groups of dealers to offer them financial opportunities.

The ideal candidate will utilize their deep understanding of Automotive Finance and extensive network of Dealer contacts to quickly establish partnerships and increase contract volume while gaining market share. You:

You have experience in B2B or B2C sales. Great if you have experience with building vendor networks or distribution channels.

You know how to spot opportunities and turn them into wins.

Killer communication skills.

A go-getter attitude.For you – rejection’s just another step on the road to success.

You are great with acquiring new partnerships but you easily switch gears to keep track and expand existing relationships.

You manage diverse priorities in a dynamic environment with a proactive mindset and approach.

Experience in multi-level selling and account planning.

Proficient in CRM tools - you keep your operations seamless and informed.

You love to travel for partnership meetings.

Languages: French - C2. Good communication skills in English is a must.


Your challenge:

Define prospective dealer and partner categories and approach them.

Hunt down new partner opportunities like a pro.

Reaching out to leads using a mix of cold calls, emails, visits and whatever other channels get the job done.

You are in charge of the entire dealer onboarding process: first contact, negotiations, onboarding, contract conclusions.

Manage daily operations, ensuring smooth business transactions and nurturing strong partner relationships.

You are responsible for building up your own dealer base, building up your own network, and expanding it non-stop.

You ensure success of the relationships with the dealers by training them how to effectively utilize the ESKA Finance platform and maximize profit through deal structuring

Build partnership programs with manufacturers / importers / dealers

Keeping track of your progress and leads, hitting those KPIs.

Jumping into internal projects and initiatives, because hey, we’re all about growing and getting better every day

You constantly question existing sales approaches and find ways to speed them up and digitalise.

Establish specific, time-sensitive goals for new dealer enrollments and contract volume

You contribute towards achieving our ambitious revenue growth targets of more than 100%


Your profile:

Passion for partnership development and sales: You love to convince people and achieve success.

Extrovert: You love building relationships and widening your network.

French - C2 and solid English language skills.

A positive attitude: You prefer to look for solutions rather than clinging to problems.

Experience in the field of financial products, insurance, automobiles, or similar industries is a plus, but not a must.
