Dealer Development Lead

Contechs Consulting is seeking a skilled Dealer Development Lead to join their team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, dealership structures, and automotive systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage multiple dealership activations and ensure timely delivery of resources
  2. Coordinate onboarding activities and oversee training for dealers
  3. Communicate with stakeholders, including clients, dealers, legal, marketing, IT, and training teams
  4. Develop and implement network planning strategies to support growth and future strategies
  5. Report on progress and readiness through milestones and KPIs

Requirements:

  1. 2-4 years of experience in project management, with a focus on dealership activations
  2. Familiarity with dealership structures, operations, and requirements for launching new locations
  3. Knowledge of automotive systems, including SAP and dealer portals
  4. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and time management skills
  5. Experience in network planning or dealer activation projects is highly desirable
