We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team at 3Shape A/S. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a crucial part in driving our mission to revolutionize the dental industry.
Key Responsibilities- Originate, develop, and close sales opportunities through inbound and outbound prospecting, discovery, and tailored presentations and demos.
- Maintain a current sales opportunity pipeline, ensuring all 3Shape proposals and relevant notes and activities are up to date in CRM.
- Stay up to date with 3Shape products and services, including technical dental products updates and software releases.
- Collaborate closely with the extended 3Shape team, including Technical Sales Specialists, Customer Success Managers, and members of the Onboarding and Customer Support teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of four (4) years of B2B Sales experience, ideally in dental equipment, healthcare, or technology fields.
- Demonstrated relationship and rapport-building with customers and colleagues.
- Strong competency with PowerPoint, Excel, and CRM software.
- Fluent in English with advanced written and verbal communication skills.
- Previous experience in the dental industry, ideally in IOS and/or CAD/CAM.
- Understanding of direct and indirect channel distribution models.
- Clinical experience in a dental office or lab.
- Experience in or with global organizations.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
