Field Sales Recruitment Manager - Europe · People & Culture

We are looking for a Field Sales Recruitment Manager to join our team in Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving recruitment efforts, building employer branding initiatives, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute on the E2E recruitment for a portfolio of positions.
  • Set and actively use SLAs to monitor and quickly act on any hiring obstacles.
  • Ensure process and candidate experience excellence targets are achieved to meet hiring needs for Field Sales agents.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in conducting interviews and assessing candidates for high volume positions.
  • User-centric mindset - willing to go the extra mile to achieve a best in class hiring experience/delivery for candidates and Hiring Manager alike.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
