Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled External Sales Manager to join our French team in the North region. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for optimizing our sales structure and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the General Sales Manager to set targets and ensure reporting for your area.
- Manage regional sales managers for the North of France, contributing to the development of sales.
- Analyze customer data and support External Sales Advisors in customer contacts to develop personalized action plans.
- Work closely with the Sales Director to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales and significant management experience.
- Comfortable communicating in English and participating in working meetings within the TVH group.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
