Revenue Management Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Management Lead to join our Commercial Organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sustainable revenue management strategies and initiatives to maximize profitability across our business units.
About the Role:The Revenue Management Lead will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute revenue management strategies, pricing models, and data-driven insights to achieve business objectives. You will analyze market trends, evaluate industry best practices, competitive landscape, and customer behavior to identify revenue growth opportunities and potential risks.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize profitability across business units.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align revenue management strategies with overall business goals and objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify revenue growth opportunities and potential risks.
- Develop and implement pricing models and data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
- Work with regional sales units to develop and implement trade strategies based on customer value and performance.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial metrics to track revenue performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- 8+ years of business experience in Commercial preferably within the Food Industry.
- 2+ years of experience in revenue management, pricing analysis, or related roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and financial modeling.
- Experience with revenue management software and tools is a plus.
