About the Role
Spiideo is seeking to enhance its European Sales division by bringing on board a Lead Sales Executive with a strong history of success in the French market, particularly within elite sports organizations, leagues, and federations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete sales cycle from initial outreach to final agreement. This encompasses identifying prospects, qualifying leads, delivering product demonstrations, negotiating terms, and securing contracts to meet sales objectives and revenue targets.
  • Engage with top-tier clubs, leagues, and federations across the elite sports hierarchy.
  • Achieve and surpass sales quotas established for product and service offerings.
  • Work alongside the marketing team to create impactful sales strategies, campaigns, and promotional materials that drive lead generation and conversion.
  • Collaborate closely with the customer success team to ensure seamless transitions from sales to implementation and ongoing support.
  • Provide precise sales forecasts and pipeline updates, utilizing CRM tools to monitor and manage customer interactions and sales activities. Spiideo employs Salesforce and HubSpot for these purposes.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and sales expertise through training sessions, workshops, and self-directed learning.
  • Participate in industry events, including travel and presentations as needed.
  • Attend annual company gatherings in Europe/Sweden.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Proficient in French at a native or professional level, with English as the corporate language.
  • A strong passion and understanding of the French sports landscape to effectively engage with potential clients.
  • At least 5 years of sales experience with a demonstrated record of success in B2B sales within the Sports Technology sector.
  • Extensive experience in prospecting, lead generation, and managing the full sales cycle.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, capable of conveying complex concepts and solutions to varied audiences.
  • Proven ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and positioning Spiideo's solutions as valuable assets.
  • A self-driven and goal-oriented individual with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets in a dynamic environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related discipline.
