Procurement Specialist for Facility Management

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Verkor, a leading industrial company in the field of low-carbon battery manufacturing. As a Procurement Specialist for Facility Management, you will be responsible for implementing the strategy and sourcing activity for the Facilities Management Services (Capex-Opex) for our Verkor Giga Factory in Dunkirk.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the category strategy definition jointly with key stakeholders and category leader.
- Represent Indirect Procurement for Facility Management activity to support the ramp-up of the plant, still in the construction works environment.
- Drive the sourcing and appropriate way of buying with different needs and organization, defining an optimization plan in an End-to-End approach to reduce lead time on the full process of acquisition (Total Cost Ownership) for GF1 under construction.
- Run Source to Contract activity on services (Hard and Soft FM), negotiate and monitor appropriate FM contracts allowing first-class services, quality, and safety, animate SRM process and Supplier Performance KPIs.
- Proactively propose improvements in Procurement processes and procedures to ensure Procurement department effectiveness, including Supplier Qualification, Supplier Evaluation, and SRM focus on FM contracts.
- A solid experience of 5 to 10 years in Indirect Procurement, and Facility Management.
- Ideal Master Degree in Procurement Management (or/and Engineer degree).
- Familiar with large scope of Category, especially in Facility Management (cleaning, Security, Building maintenance, Multi-technic maintenance, offices, HVAC, clean concept, with associated way of buying, catalog approach when applicable).

- Procurement digital: ERP system like SAP, Sourcing platform including Microsoft applications.
- Familiar with Procurement Operation (P2P, Source to Pay, Source to Contract).
