Procurement Manager for Facilities Management

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager for Facilities Management to join our team at Verkor. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for implementing the strategy and sourcing activity for Facilities Management Services (Capex-Opex) for our Verkor Giga Factory in Dunkirk.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development of the category strategy for Facilities Management, working closely with key stakeholders and the Category Leader.
- Represent Indirect Procurement for Facility Management activity, supporting the ramp-up of the plant and collaborating with the construction team.
- Drive the sourcing and procurement process for Facilities Management services, defining optimization plans to reduce lead times and costs.
- Manage the Source to Contract activity for services, negotiate and monitor FM contracts, and animate SRM processes.
- Proactively propose improvements to procurement processes and procedures to ensure the effectiveness of the Procurement department.
- A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in Indirect Procurement, with a strong background in Facilities Management.
- A Master's degree in Procurement Management or a related field.
- Familiarity with large-scale procurement processes, particularly in Facility Management, including cleaning, security, building maintenance, and multi-technical maintenance.
- Experience with digital procurement solutions, including ERP systems and sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Problem-solving, entrepreneurship, and team player skills.
- Result-oriented, pragmatic, and rigorous approach.
- Strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
- Resilience and ability to handle tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in French and English, with good written, verbal, and presentation skills.
