Position Overview:

We are on the lookout for a seasoned Alliance Manager to spearhead and cultivate a vital strategic partnership with HPE. This essential role is focused on propelling the success of our collaborative sales initiatives, positioning you as a key contributor to our overall sales strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to nurture and oversee relationships with HPE, ensuring shared growth and achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute comprehensive business and sales strategies with alliance partners across multiple market channels, including OEM, channel, and direct sales.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with senior executives at partner organizations to foster partnership momentum and drive mutual business success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pinpoint strategic opportunities and establish essential success metrics for partnership initiatives.
  • Create and manage a reporting dashboard to evaluate sales performance, initiative progress, and executive alignment.
  • Act as the primary spokesperson at partner events and sales campaigns, effectively communicating the value of our alliances.
  • Set objectives and monitor sales performance indicators for alliance relationships.
  • Oversee co-investment strategies, budgeting, and resource allocation related to ongoing business activities.

Position Requirements:

  • Experience in the EMEA region is essential.
  • Demonstrated success in global partner sales leadership and ecosystem development.
  • Strong grasp of product management, marketing, sales, and services within the alliance lifecycle.
  • Ability to devise multi-faceted strategies to enhance sell-through revenues.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills in a matrixed, virtual environment.
  • Comfortable navigating a rapidly changing landscape.
  • Solid IT background with expertise in virtualization, data centers, cloud solutions, storage, and enterprise software.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical capabilities.
  • Familiarity with distribution models, channel programs, and partner relationship dynamics.
  • Willingness to travel and thrive in fast-paced settings.
