Customer Experience Manager

Manage the onboarding process for clients, ensuring a seamless transition to our platform.
Provide clients with the necessary resources to prepare for their photo and video shoot, complete their company description, and write their job offers.
Collaborate with the Employer Brand Asset Library team to extend the level of services provided, including new formats and labels.
Develop and implement project management strategies to ensure successful onboarding and customer success.
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in Onboarding, Customer Care, Customer Success, or Account Management in a fast-paced company.
Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage complex projects and personae.
Fluency in French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
