About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Goodays. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers have the best possible experience with our solution.

Your primary focus will be on assessing customer needs, identifying requirements, and developing coherent project plans. You will work closely with our sales team to close deals and ensure fulfillment of contracted deliverables.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Partner with sales managers to support deal closure and develop Statements of Work.
  2. Ensure delivery of contracted services and overall business value of the engagement.
  3. Provide deployment best practices to maximize customer success through workshops and recommendations.
  4. Act as project manager for the technical implementation of our solution, maintaining regular communication with customers and collaborating with internal and external teams.
  5. Accelerate outcomes and remove blockers to ensure engagement success.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience driving onboarding activities in a SaaS solution.
  • Strong experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with great organizational skills and experience in managing transverse projects.
  • Proven experience working directly with customers.
  • Ability to drive customer engagement and communicate effectively in an international environment.
